The Marketing Plan
An essential part of any business plan is the marketing plan. At A1 we like to sit down with new clients and understand the following:

- How will you measue any marketing activity
- The budget set aside to promote your business
Any plan needs to be SMART
- SPECIFIC
- MEASUREABLE
- ACHIEVABLE
- REALISTIC
- TIMELY
It is also important to review your marketing plan on a regular basis to see what works and what needs to be reviewed
